Terms of Service

When commissioning me, you have both read and agree to my terms of service listed below.

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

• Please let me know at the time of request if you do not want the process of your commission(s) to be streamed/recorded.
• Prices will be subject to change based on the complexity of the character(s) or additional details.
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time.
• You may NOT use my art for any AI or NFT purposes.

II. PAYMENT & FEES

• Payments can be accepted in USD through PayPal invoice.

• Payments under $100 will be paid in full first; payments over $100 may be split 50% upfront, and the other 50% after sketch approval.
• A rush fee of 20% will be charged for tight deadlines.
• Additional fees will be charged for major/excessive changes.

III. REFUNDS

• You may request a full refund before your sketch is started. If in the process / or the sketch is completed and you request a refund, you will receive 50%. Anything beyond the approved sketch is nonrefundable.
• If you do ask for a refund, please don’t request a chargeback—I will pay the amount back to you.
• If, for whatever reason, I am unable to complete your commission (at any stage), you will receive a full refund.
